In the first picture, the man in the green suit has no foot. In the second picture his foot is teensy-weensy, but it is there.
In the first picture, Batman has no eyes! Yikes!
In the first picture Batman is seconds from being impaled. In the second picture, Ace, the Bat Hound grabs the harpoon, takes it to a corner and then proceeds to gnaw on it for the rest of the issue.
In the first picture, the price is 11 cents. In the second it is only 10 cents. A bargain!
In the first one, the number of the issue is #542, while in the second it is #254.
In the first picture, it is the adventures of Batman and ROBBIN. In the second, Robin is spelled correctly, which is a great relief to us all.
Finally, in the first picture, there is no circle drawn on the base of the harpoon, whilst there is one, in the second picture.
There is probably a mound of Ace-poo on the deck somewhere as well, but neither picture showed that.
The comic code symbol is upside down on the top one. Also, Batman's belt looks like it doesn't have anything on it in the top one. The bottom one looks like it has the cartridges/capsules all around it.
Pretty good eyes, guys. Some of the other other things I can think of were Robin's third eye, his missing yellow chest thingies, Batman's arm fins, the dents in the footless guy's hat, the backwards "S" and the holeless "E" in DETECTIVE COMICS, a missing shadow in the bottom right and one of the boat supports was missing.
I was gonna put all the stuff up as inviso-text, but I forgot how to do that.
Maybe next time I'll be a little more organized and offer a prize or something.
I think I've got it : The Cyan registration is slightly off in the upper picture. Amazing that you found two copies of such an old comic with such a difference, and both in such good condition.

Dang. Even in the original, those men have some tiny feet. Was this drawn by Liefeld's uncle?

Y'know, if that really happened what you would result in at the end is both a harpoon and a german shepherd sticking out of Batman's chest.
