Ha! That's fantastic.
The only way this could be more perfect is if in the next panel Batman said something ridiculously nonsensical and cliched, like: "Dolphin safe my ass!" or "I'll turn them into shark food!" (I definitely prefer something with the term "dolphin safe" in there).
Batman: dolphin hater?
