I applaud his bravery for breakdancing in a cape. That can't be easy to do.
But...but how can he instill fear if the villains have just seen him as a dancin' fool?

Perhaps the fact that they know that he'll foil their crimes and then take their girlfriends out disco dancing instills more fear than anything, sallyp...
