No, there is a very good reason - that reason is a dog who has a tuning fork in his head.
It also happens to be one of my favorite Heroclix figures because a) it is probably the only way we will ever have a Lockjaw toy and b) the looks I get form people when I put him on the board.

The best part is you can stack them like some kind of all-dog cheerleader squad. The legs are set perfectly for this.
